Hudson Builders & Remodelers partnered with Innovative Planning Group (IPG) to transform an existing commercial space in Amery, Wisconsin into a refreshed, functional office environment aligned with the company’s brand and growth. Working closely with Kroll & Associates Architecture, the team delivered a full interior renovation that reimagined the space from the ground up.
The project involved a complete interior demolition down to the existing concrete structure, followed by the installation of new mechanical systems, updated office layouts, accessible restroom facilities, and modernized shared spaces. The redesigned environment supports both day-to-day operations and client-facing interactions, creating a cohesive experience consistent with IPG’s other office locations.
Despite a tight site footprint that required careful coordination of trades, materials, and staging, the project was completed efficiently through strategic planning and collaboration. Hudson Builders & Remodelers also worked closely with the client and state officials to incorporate additional design elements mid-project, ensuring the final space reflected IPG’s evolving vision without compromising timeline or quality.
From initial planning through final occupancy, the project was successfully completed within a seven-month timeframe—delivering a polished, high-performing workspace tailored to IPG’s needs.
